There is a brick wall carved with two big Chinese characters of “HONG XI” at the interchange of Li Qungang port and Xiao Mata Street. “HONG XI” appeared in "History of Song Dynasty • Yue Zhi Jiu". Zhaoyi, a poet in Qing Dynasty wrote “I have never been endowed such happiness and no one can be as fortunate as me.” People from different places have different interpretations of the two characters. One of interpretation is “ You will be fortunate and lucky wherever you are. In short “Hong Xi”means peace, wealth and prosperity.
